In Rosy's private sessions and classes, alignment technique is approached from both anatomical and body-felt viewpoints. Working on the deep structural level, we move towards gaining support through muscular and skeletal connections, and utilizing connectedness for moving through space. Classes are designed to aid the individual in getting the most out of what they have, helping the student move with greater ease, efficiency and power. We align the bones by using the muscles most responsible for the transfer of forces through the body. This requires a “letting go” of the more superficial muscles that hold us back from moving and fix the body in set patterns. Through mindful working, not exercising, of the muscles we can use them for support and realignment of the bones.

This work is based on the Re-Education of the Body teachings by master teacher of Klein technique Barbara Mahler in NYC.

Regularly scheduled group sessions are 14$ each. Call or email at least 24 hours in advance to sign up for the session. Sessions will be limited to three persons and will occur even if one person is present. Arrive after 10h but no later than 10h30.

Private sessions are for one hour/15 minute blocks of time. For individual appointments cancellation is 24 hours in advance.
